Since
1978 I have trained and coached many hundreds
of individuals and athletes to improve their health, well being, athletic performance and to reduce their risks of injury.
I have coached a range of clients from mums, dads, working class to professional and Olympic athletes
in many different sports including fitness and weight loss which have provided me with
the experience to apply tried and proven training methods
and techniques in the pursuit of health, sporting
performance, sporting excellence and wellness.

each person's speed, agility, strength,
power and performance while at the same time minimising
the risk of injury", I also specialises in sport specific strength training programs and can devise any specfic program to suit your specific goals.

is as much about being a teacher and a mentor as
it is a coach." I possess a driven passion to help others which combined with my years of experience has resulted in countless successful athletes across various sports. I believe
that everyone has the potential to be the best
they can be and that the same techniques used to train the world’s
finest athletes are equally applicable to the first
time exerciser. I can offer a comprehensive training
solution for both athletes and non-athletes of all abilities, all
levels and all sports.

I have been involved in sport since a young age, having excelled in netball, basketball and athletics as a junior. The natural progression was to develop a career involved in health and fitness. As a Sports Scientist, I have spent the last 17 years educating clients about health and fitness and nutrition in order to achieve their goals, with much satisfaction. During this time I worked for eight years overseas for a South East Asian Royal Family.
My hunger for competitiveness returned in 2001 when I started training for my first figure fitness competition. It took me 10 or so competitions to win my first title, and whilst winning was, eventually awesome, the challenge was to transform my body, to see how far I could push my body and to improve how I presented on stage with each consecutive competition.
I believe that 'anything is possible' in life, I have experienced this - you just need to make the right choices...
