Since
1978 Andrew Ivey has trained and coached many hundreds
of individuals and athletes to improve their well being
and athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury.
Professional and Olympic athletes
in many different sports have provided Andrew with
the experience to apply tried and proven methods
and techniques in the pursuit of health, sporting
performance and sporting excellence.
Our training
programs are scientifically designed to improve
each athletes’ speed, agility, strength,
power and performance while at the same time minimising
the risk of injury. Andrew also specialises in sport specific strength training programs, and can devise rehabilitation exercise and core stability programs.
Andrew’s philosophy is that coaching people
is as much about being a teacher and a mentor as
it is a coach. Andrew combines his many years of
wisdom, knowledge and experience with creativity
and his passion for helping others. Andrew believes
that everyone has the potential to be the best
they can be. The techniques used to train the world’s
finest athletes are equally applicable to the first
time exerciser. Andrew offers complete training
solutions for athletes of all abilities, for all
endurance sports.
